This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) last accepted Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Retreat at Spring Hill from June 2, 2023, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HADC, "To be eligible, all members of your household must be 55 years of age or older."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: The HADC gives preference to residents who live or work in DeKalb County over those who do not.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
